The CELO series is AUDAC‘s first high-end, slim ceiling speaker series, consisting of four models which can guarantee an optimal experience for every situation and application. The CELO5 is the 5” model of this series. Due to its slim grill design with a very thin border of only 1 mm and a limited grill depth which extrudes from the ceiling surface by only 3.2 mm, these speakers will become nearly invisible when mounted. To make them blend in even more, the grill can be painted in the same color as the surrounding surface or an optional black grill (GLC05/B) will provide seamless integration in dark environments.
The elegant and unobtrusive grill is held in place by means of powerful neodymium magnets, making assembly and disassembly very simple but still reliable enough to keep the grill in place during the complete lifetime of the loudspeaker. When the grill is removed, it’s clear for anyone to see that the CELO speakers are made by using only the highest quality materials, guaranteeing an unsurpassed sound experience.
One 1” aluminum cone tweeter is held in place by an acoustically optimized arm in front of a 5” aluminum cone woofer. Together with the crossover network which is made of high-quality components, this results in true to nature sound reproduction for a warm and detailed sound with an RMS power of 50 Watt.
To guarantee a lifetime stability, secure mounting and easy installation, the loudspeaker connection is made using Gold plated spring clamp connectors. The mounting of the loudspeaker into the ceiling should be done by a quick-fixing mechanism which can be tightened by four screws and the front grill.

The WTR24 is a 100 Volt line transformers for impedance matching between low impedance loudspeakers (8 Ohm) and 100 Volt amplifiers. Using the WTR24 line transformer, low impedance loudspeakers can be applied to any 100 Volt public address system where long cable runs can be used. The WTR24 has a maximum output power of 24 Watt and different power taps for 24 Watt, 12 Watt and 6 Watt. The housing is designed to be water- and dustproof, while making it possible to be hidden at any location such as above false ceilings, in wall junction boxes, in hollow places inside walls, ... The primary connection (100V side) is performed using a special designed waterproof AWX5 connector whereby the desired power tap can be selected depending on the rotation of the connector. The secondary connection (8 Ohm side) is performed using a waterproof cable gland. A connection cable with a length of 0.5 meter is provided on both sides of the transformer. The over-dimensioned core of the transformer limits the saturation to a minimum and gives a remarkable improvement of the sound reproduction, especially in the low frequency range. All these features make these transformers comply to an Ingress Protection rating of IP66.

The GLC series are optionally available front grills for the CELO loudspeaker series. The GLC grills are available in 3 versions : black (/B), white (/W) and paintable (/P). The grill is held in place using neodymium magnets, providing a quick and reliable assembly.
The WMM450 is a fire-proof speaker back box for in-wall and in- ceiling installations in hollow structures. It is constructed out of power coated steel and allows installation for all kinds of flush mount speakers with a built-in depth up to ~ 115 mm. It provides an ideal environment for the installed speakers while preventing undesirable sound leaks into neighboring rooms. The dimensions of 446 x 455 x 127 mm allow it being placed in between a wide variation of wall studs or ceiling beams. It features an internal volume of 15 liters and comes pre-fitted with acoustic damping material for optimal acoustic performance.
The WMM630 is a speaker back box made out of medium-density fibreboard (MDF) allowing installation for a wide variety of ceiling or in-wall loudspeakers. It provides an ideal environment for the installed speakers while reducing the radiation of sound to adjacent rooms. The dimensions of 345 x 545 x 150 mm allow it being placed in between a wide variation of wall studs or ceiling beams. It features an internal volume of 21 litres and comes with a pre-cut speaker cutout with a diameter of Ø 150 mm, and pre-marked circular cutouts up to Ø 250 mm. The corners are provided with L-brackets for easy assembly to any kind of stud or beam and it comes pre-fitted with acoustic damping material for optimal acoustic performance.
The CMM306 is a built-in housing for flush mount installation of loudspeakers in concrete structures. The construction with mineral fiberboard plate allows customized cut-outs in various diameters or shapes for installation of loudspeakers (or lighting fixtures). Cast in-place or integration in precast factories is both possible.
The mineral fiberboard plate allows cutouts with diameters up to ~ 280 mm, while a maximum built-in depth of 110 mm guarantees compatibility with a large number of in-ceiling loudspeakers. The synthetic enclosure is made out of halogen free and fire (up to 650°C) resistant materials. Entries for both 2xM20 and 2xM25 cables are provided.
