19” wall mount rack - 9 units - 450mm depth - Removable back

The WPR409R is a professional 19” wall mount metal rack compliant to ANSI/EIA RS-310D, DIN41491, IEC 60297 standards. It is a solid construction with a cold rolled steel 1,5 mm thick frame and 1,2 mm thick plates. The WPR409R comes fully assembled and can easily be mounted on the wall. The 19” mounting profile with punched square holes for use with snap- in cage nuts in combination with the printed unit measurement indicators ensure easy fitting of the equipment. The tempered smokey grey glass door is fitted with a keylock to keep the equipment only accessible for authorized persons. The removable sides and back panel allow easy installing and cabling of the equipment while the in depth adjustable 19” profiles provide great flexibility for installing equipment depending on its depth.

The SPR10DC is a dust cover brush which is meant to be used for covering the cable inlets which are provided in the SPR, WPR & HPR Racks. When the racks are installed in industrial environments, through time dust and dirt will enter the racks through all small gaps and openings. In the longer term, this can have a negative influence on the performance of the equipment which is installed in the racks. The SPR10DC offers a solution for covering the cable inlet holes while still having a great flexibility for running the cables. The cable inlet will be nicely closed while the 40 mm long hairs will bend and nicely fit around the passing cables providing an optimal coverage reducing dust and dirt entering the cabinet. The assembly shall be done by clamping the SPR10DC on the edge of the cable inlet’s opening.

The WPR10RF is a 120 mm sleeve bearing axial ventilation fan for installation in the top compartment of the WPR racks to improve the air circulation through the cabinet. The heated air caused by the dissipation of the devices installed in the cabinet will rise and will be rapidly drained due to the under pressure caused by the fan. The constant air flow will improve a positive influence to the performance and lifetime of the equipment installed inside the cabinet. It is constructed out of a die-cast aluminum housing with a PBT thermoplastic blade and rotates with a speed of 2600 RPM providing a constant airflow of 127 Cbm / hour (75 Cfm). It produces a constant noise of 45 dB and the nominal life term is about 30.000 hours. The power consumption is 30 Watt and operates on a mains voltage of 220~240V AC / 50~60 Hz.

The WPR10CL is a 3 digit combination lock specifically developed for the CAYMON WPR and HPR series. By installing the WPR10CL you can create a secure lockable 19" cabinet perfect for storage of precious 19" equipment. How to reset the 3 digit code? When the lock is in the open position, insert a pin with 2 mm diameter into the reset notch provided on the side of the lock. Reset the password by turning the number dials, like this a new code is set.
