The CASY044 is a modular stage box which can be fitted with 4 modules from the CASY range. The flexible and modular structure ensures a maximum versatility, allowing to adapt the system to each project's specific requirements. Possibilities are ranging from audio, video and data interconnection to power distribution, control panels, power supplies and many more. The aluminum construction features pre-threaded hole inserts allowing module installation with a maximum of 4 units with a built-in depth up to 60 mm. It is fitted with a cable gland with strain relief accepting diameters in a range of 9 to 16 mm, which can be removed for assembly of a D-sized connector type (e.g. PowerCON). The sides are constructed out of cold-rolled steel and modules can be fixed inside the unit using the included M3 screws. The overall construction is finished in a black (RAL9004) structured and scratch resistant powder coating.

The in-depth adjustable L-rails provide extra support when mounting heavy equipment. Universally usable but especially suited to use in combination with OPR series.

The RDx20x series of 19” rack drawers comes available in 1U, 2U and 3U unit heights with and without lock. The chassis is constructed of 1,5 mm thick cold rolled steel, while the tray is finished in 1,2 mm thick cold rolled steel. They feature full extension 3 section drawer rails, pushout holes on the back of the tray for cable insertion, a rubber anti slip liner, a full-width handle and optional back supports (RD2S) for increased load capacity (only 2U and 3U).

The PSR269GS is a 19” power distribution unit, compliant to the ANSI/EIA RS-310D, DIN41491 and IEC60297 standards. The PSR269 series come in 2 different models, a double switched power distribution unit with 15 French sockets (PSR269FS) and a double switched power distribution unit with 15 German sockets (PSR269GS). The construction of these units is made using black powder-coated aluminum fitted with steel 19” mounting ears on each side. The total height covers a single 19” rackspace, allowing it to be installed in any 19” housing or equipment rack. Input connections are made using a fixed 2.5 meter connection cable fitted with a male schuko (CEE 7/7) plug, while German (Type F - CEE 7/4) output sockets allow power distribution to fifteen devices. A chassis earth connection point is provided for easily connecting your rack/enclosure to mains earth, as required by safety regulations.

The aluminum construction features pre-threaded hole inserts allowing module installation with a maximum of 2 units with a built-in depth up to 60 mm. It can be mounted on any wall or surface, while cable entry is possible through large access holes on the rear side. The sides are constructed out of ABS material with break-out points allowing cable entry through a duct or gland. Modules can be fixed inside the unit using the included M3 screws. The overall construction is finished in a black (RAL9004) structured and scratch resistant powder coating.
The BDR03 is a 19" panel with DIN rail which can hold up to 24 modules. The DIN rail is mounted on a separate bracket for easy installation. It offers the perfect solution for integrating DIN modules in a 19" rack. Integrated strain relief slots are provided on the backside of the panel together with an earth return rod. Both the bracket and front panel are made out of 1.5 mm thick steel finished with a black (RAL 9004) structured powder coating. The removable front panel with cutout comes included with the BDR03, allowing easy access to the front of the installed modules, this while maintaining a clear overview of your custom setup. Also included with the BDR03 are DIN rail blind covers (12 modules) for a clean finish when not all DIN slots are in use. These DIN rail blind covers, with article code BDP06, are also optionally available.

The PR206 is a professional 19” metal rack compliant to ANSI/EIA RS-310D, DIN41491, IEC 60297 standards. The rack comes in a flat pack as DIY kit. It is a solid construction with a 1.5 mm thick cold rolled, steel frame and plates, finished with a black (RAL9004) fine structured powder coating. The rack is provided with punched rack profiles for use with snap-in cage nuts on the front side and stores up to 12 units.
